Need a tool built? Meet the right developer.
Describe the work, not the developer. We shape a clear brief with you and introduce up to three selected developers who build with AI and own the result.
Most custom builds go wrong before any code is written.
Fifty proposals
Post a job and strangers pitch before anyone has understood the problem. You end up judging sales copy, not skill.
Quotes on a guess
A price arrives before the scope does. The gap between the guess and what you meant becomes your bill.
No way to check
"Done" means whatever the developer says it means, and you only find the gaps once your team is using it.
You do not need more code. You need someone who understands the problem. We shape it with you first, then introduce developers who are paid to think it through.
A clear brief, the right person, work you can check.
Bring the process that hurts.
Studios, e-commerce brands and factories come with a spreadsheet, a paper form or an email chain. We find the tool that replaces it.
Returns tracked across three spreadsheets
A returns dashboard fed by the order export
Purchase approvals lost in email threads
An approval flow with owners and limits
Shift reports and repair requests on paper
A shift log with maintenance tickets
Not a directory. A small, assessed group.
- Assessed developers
- Each one shows real work and is assessed on framing, debugging, testing and handover.
- Private by default
- Developers see only what you allow. Contact details are never shared.
- A brief you own
- Goals, users, deadlines and success tests, written down before anyone quotes.
- Versioned scope
- Every change is a new version both sides approve, so nothing quietly moves.
- Tests decide done
- Milestones are accepted against the tests you agreed, not on feel.
- A real handover
- You get the code, the docs and a tool your team can run after the build.
Questions clients ask
What can I get built?
Bespoke internal tools that replace spreadsheets, paper and email chains: dashboards, approval flows, trackers, booking and reporting tools.
Do I need a technical spec?
No. You describe the problem in plain words and Vee asks the questions a good developer would. The brief is written for you, and you approve it before anyone sees it.
Who sees my brief?
Operations reads every brief. Developers see a redacted version with only what you allow, and never your contact details.
How are developers chosen?
Every developer is assessed on real work before joining. For your brief, Operations introduces up to three, each with a reason they fit.
What does discovery cost?
Discovery is a short, fixed-price piece of paid work. You get a written scope, risks, acceptance tests and an estimate, and you keep them whether or not you build.
How do I know the work is done?
Each milestone is checked against the acceptance tests you agreed in discovery. It is accepted when the tests pass, not when someone says it is finished.
